I worked for more than three years as a Customer Service Representative. I handled inbound calls to assist customers regarding technical related issues or billing concerns. I also handled chat support by helping two chatters at a time so typing fast is a must to be able to fix their issues related with our services. I was also part of Sales where in we have to invite customers to sign up with us or upgrade their service and it was a privilege to become a top 2 best seller. Because of this job experience, I learned how to handle phone calls properly, how to effectively engage with different kind of personalities, provide excellent customer service and time management which are very important factors to achieve better work.
