I decided to apply for the position you’re looking for, because it caught my attention and interest to be part of your team since I have the experienced required as what I have read on the post, I’ve been with working with sales account before, that was 2 years, handling wireless, inbound and outbound calls. For being successful doesn’t depend on what position you have, being an effective customer service representative needs to be focus in everything, attentive, respectful, and of course making sure that you give the satisfaction to your client, needs to be a hardworking, and responsible. If given the chance to work with you, I believe the more clients the better, and grab any promotion that fits me. Due to this pandemic covid19, i have to tighten my belt when it comes to financial budget, I lost my on site I choose to be safe at home rather that having a job that you don’t know about your safety, that’s why I prefer to choose working at home.
