I've been in the Customer Service industry for 20 years. My scope range from the Logistics Industry, to Insurance to Real Estate. I am well trained to approach problems in a calm and professional manner. I am fluent in English and get along well with my employers. I spent two years in the army and as such am disciplined and focused as well. I have the ability to calmly analyze situations and provide the best out come for the person or company I am working with.
