Taking care of customers has become my hobby now, I have been looking after customers over nine years and in those nine years I have served customers in several countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, India etc. I can provide e-mail, ticket chat and phone support and will do everything I can to delight your customers. I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness.. Throughout the years of my experience I was fortunate to serve customer in several field wherein in Australia I was helping customer to switching their gas & electricity companies to the cheapest one. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers.
