I have been in the Call center Industry and have worked as a technical support on desktops where we assist customers hardware and software issues, also I have worked for and internet company for troubleshooting internet connection issues from first time installation to wireless connections. I have been a case manager for a collections campaign plus I do part time work as an english teacher.
