I respond to emails/chats from customers, tracing orders, troubleshooting and doing partial/full refunds. I've been a property manager for an Australian company that deals property management. I communicate to property owners via phone/emails to give updates about their property and their income. Have been a guest support for a Vacation Rental Company. I answer phone calls and emails from guests who books accommodation via Airbnb, Booking.com and other booking platforms.
