I have been working in a BPO Industry for 3 years under a Third Party Debt Collection Account for Australian client. My daily tasks include phone & email support. I have been handling both inbound and outbound calls dealing with debtors of a delinquent accounts and disputes with handling fraud issues and Financial Hardship as well. After 2 years, My manager saw a potential in me and transferred me to a Pioneer line of business for a Retail Store in Australia, that handles calls as well however it is a Customer Service type of job that includes Collections, persuading customers to pay for their outstanding balance to continue the availability of their account. The years I have on this field have given me enough experience in handling different types of people and really enhances my communication skills with enough knowledge to be a freelancer. I am very good in English both written and spoken. I am reliable and have high regards to work ethics.
