I handle inbound calls, chat and emails. I place orders for customers over the phone and I also do collections. My duties involved calling clients and trying to get a payment for loans owed to the bank. I also take inbound calls and help customers with their questions or concerns. I have to leave necessary documentation to ensure that the next agent is aware of what took place with that customer before.
