I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for five years in two large call centers in San Salvador, El Salvador. As such, I administrated warranty replacements for Tupperware and took telephone reservations for Hotels.com with the Sykes Call Center, where I also took advantage of their LEAP Program to receive training on Quality Control. The customers that called in where located in various countries, such as The United States, Canada and Australia. This array of customers sharpened my skills and made me a better customer service representative. Making me entirely able to handle the product for each company from a computer with the right tools. Daily tasks: Besides my experience I also make available the technical part. I have a fast computer and internet connection. I'm proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and at browsing on the web.
