Call Centre Agent Duties

1. To assist Econet Customers on a daily basis regarding Econet products and solve their problems in relation to Econet services.

2. Write daily reports on the problems I dealt with on that day.

3. Registering of customer information on the system with regard to (KYC updates).

4. Advertising new company products to customers.

5. Doing field work to find new customers and sell company products.

6. Assisting mobile money Agents with how to navigate the USSD, increasing their float and dealing with money reversals. 

7. Training of new call centre agents.

Temporary Assistant Product Manager Duties

1.   Gathering data sales information of the day to compile daily report.

2. Running monthly campaigns that involved going to different districts to advertise new company products and finding solutions to customer issues while at it.

3. Research on new products to introduce that will help increase data sales.

4. Training of customer and retail agents on new products that have been launched, how it will work and how to deal with any queries related to that product.   

5. Testing of the product over night before its launch the following day. 

6. Attending meetings with different departments on how data services are running and where improvements can be made.

Switchboard operator

1. Handling all internal and external calls for a company.

2. Answering calls and routing them to correct destinations.

3. Paging the department to let them know that they have a call.

4. Dealing with customer issues that did not require to be directed to other departments.

5. Doing external calls to customers to update their information on the system.

 

BUREAU OF STATISTICS Assistant Supervisor

Duties

1. Training of enumerators for census period. 

2. Post checking their work during field study. 

3. Attending to problems they encountered and provide solutions. 

4. Report writing and data entry on a tablet. 

 

SABLE SCANNING TECHNOLOGIES Document Preparation Specialist

1. Scanning of customer documents.

2. Indexing of customers documents. 

3. Preparation and compiling office documents. 

 

WASCO Data collector

 Duties 

1. Going from village to village across Maseru collecting information about customers and their account numbers for system update that was done by the company.
