Customer service representative, high listening skills, polite and nice to clients, helping them with their inquiries. Everyday I maje calls to patients to boom them appointments with their primary care providers or in urgent care for specific appointments like physicals, preventive visits or follow up. Patients always help me with their data confirmation just to verify if their accounts are up-to-date. 

Also I hace experience in collection. In 2016 I worked for a Canadian company collecting payments for mailing machines and in 2020 collecting money for personal loans. 

Work experience:

2021            Radius GS: customer service representative, outbound and inbound calls to pacients offering appointments with their primary care provider, follow up. 

2020            Corporación el Sol (half time): collection to personal loans, payment arrangement and negociation.

2020           Hotel Coronado Luxury Club & Suites, supervised practice: university internship where I worked as a waiter, a housekeeper, an accounting assistant, and a human resources assistant.

2018         Divercity Panama: Attractions guide, children´s entertainer.

2016         Alorica: collection agent, inbound/outbound calls, make emails with account information, collect the rental of the mailing machines and its supplies, reach metrics.
