Currently residing in the Philippines and a graduate of CSS Aniation NCII in SHS, I have three years of freelancing experience where I learned how to sell, do outbound and inbound calls, and graphic design. From freelancing, I worked as a customer service representative in the BPO industry for over three years, where I honed my phone, chat, and email skills and learned how to successfully resolve client complaints. I learned how to set up appointments for a technician to visit clients' homes and how to help customers who are having technical problems.
