I have worked/volunteered for news channels to help consumers/customers find the proper channels to escalate their complaint or to deescalate their complaint with proper authorities. I follow back with consumers/customers to make sure that their issue has been resolved. If it has not, then I will make sure their complaint is filed accordingly with the proper authorities.
