I am not intimidated by the unkown. I have the courage it takes to make cold calls or deal with otherwise difficult situations. I feel rewarded in this accomplishment.
I take on challenging clients because I am confident to have a positive impact on them and the company I represent, making it a win-win situation. My ability to difuse and resolve conflict helps the company to keep the customer and their reputation. The customer feels good that they are doing business with a company that cares and listened to their concerns and most importantly- will keep coming back and make referrals!
Since I was young I have had a gift for customer service, I have nurtured that with schooling and experience in the job field. I understand what people need and what they want.
I find joy in making cold calls because I enjoy meeting people. This gives me greater purpose than just business, but it also makes me fearless about it!
