I have led and developed multiple CS and CX teams and programs from the ground up for both small startups and larger corporations. I have worked along side brands like Walmart, CVS, Praxair, Taco Bell, iPic, and various national hospital groups. My background is in mental health counseling so I love doing research and taking a deep dive into the needs of customers.
