I have good communications skills both verbal and non-verbal. Ability to work under pressure and produce work in a timely manner. Able to make decisions and make resolutions. I also have experience in fraud investigation that encompasses payment fraud, service fraud, identity theft. Also have experience in monitoring accounts for example for hacking. I do pay lots of attention to detail and accuracy. Maintain calmness while dealing with customers who may be upset. I am also familiar with emailing, have used outlook, gmail and other emailing tools. Also very familiar with social networking . I use a computer on a daily basis.
