I was born and live in Bulgaria. Besides my native language I also speak German, English and Swedish on a B2/C1 level. I've worked for around 9 years in the online gambling industry, of them 7 yrs as Customer support Team leader. My teams supported some of the big brands in the market. Besides managing the daily activities of a multi-language team, my duties also included some translations and marketing activities in German. I have a broad knowledge of the products Poker, Casino and Sportsbook both as a manager and as a customer. I am familiar with the Playtech IMS tool. I've also worked for around 5 years as community manager for Bulgaria for an online browser game, doing ongoing translations (as well as fully translating the database of two games), research, answering customer inquiries via internal ticket system and maintaining the forum. I have an eye for detail, I am flexible and reliable. Currently not working on a full-time job, so I am open for new challenges.
