I have worked for a business process outsourcing company as a customer support representative for an online transportation company. My job requires me to answer queries of customers(riders) and solve their concerns based on the map where the customers have travelled and based on their profiles. I am also currently researching about online marketing. I am willing to put all my time and effort on a given project.
