Hello, welcome to my page. 

I have over 10 years of experience in customer service and technical support. I am reliable, friendly, self motivated and passionate about my work. 

In 2009 I started as a service desk employee on the IT project ATOS Origin. I have been able to assist customers with technical questions and support. Then I worked on other projects including Ziggo, Samsung and Telesur. I have also successfully followed the communication and empathy training courses. My communication skills are good. I am eager to learn and can work in a team as well as independently. I now have 10 years of work experience in the field of customer service. I also do online orders and have also conducted my own research into commercial logistics.
