Being a firefighter for over seven years, I have developed the skills of team work, problem-solving,
understanding emergency response, analysing of Incident reports and performance metrics for
improvements in operations. Data Analysis is a field that can be explored by individuals of
diverse backgrounds in which I have developed a keen interest in. Due to the steady rise in the
demand for Data Analysts, I decided to embark on equipping myself with knowledge on how to
use the necessary tools in this field. The skills I have honed made the transition in Data
Analysis a smooth one.
