I was a full-time employee at ASEZA for a period of 6 years from January 2008, and my research interests centre on the social studies and organisational change. I have contributed to many large-scale evaluation projects such as evaluations for OSS (One Stop Shop at ASEZA in cooperation with USAID. which focused on improving the services toward the costumers.
