I have more than 7 years of work experience in different sectors. My career begin with telecommunication sector Hello World agent of Robi Axiata as a Customer Service Executive. Then I had serving in one of International NGO named FPAB(Family Planning Association Of Bangladesh) of project which funded by Oxfam Novib as a Coordinator Program. And now I have been serving in one Constructions Company named P2P360 as a Supply Chain Executive. All of my work based on data entry, documentation, Inventory, monitoring data & specification sheets to keep the accurate product, contract, pricing & invoicing information etc. But I have also potential of customer service properly. Then I had serving in one of Real Estate sector named Sanmar Properties Ltd. as a Supply Chain / Procurement. All of my work based on prepare purchase order, credit ageing report, supplier outstanding report, using the ERP system (ASIT, IN4SUIT), prepare comparative statement, communication with local & overseas supplier for pricing quotation, collaborating with ESM, Sales for collecting customer feedback. Then I had serving in one of Software Company as an Assistant Project Manager, here all my work based on monitoring different languages (French / Germany / English) projects, handling team with appx. 70/80 operator, Analysis and QC data using dynamic software, provide feedback to management for the project input and output, maintain communication with HR for resource, collaborating with team members for the planning details of upcoming project, provide training to the operators for different languages projects. Currently, I am working for one of export oriented company as a Merchandiser. Here, my work based on searching new buyer and communicate with existing buyer, sourcing, maintain communication with Local / Overseas supplier, prepare requirement sheet for fabric consumption and also making the costing of garments, promoting products, market study and demand forecasting, monitoring and executing the total orders, follow-up order status and maintain liaison with sample team for follow – up the sample, maintaining and updating the buyer / customer database and so on.
