Always interested in continuous improvement for my work environmen, ts, whether it be in processes or file management, I have been interested in automating basic tasks thanks to the tools available in my work environements, such as MSOffice.
Finally took the step to train myself to Data Analysis with the Google Data Analytics program through Coursera, I keep an open mind and consciousness of the client in order to provide feedback and guidance thanks to the SMART methodology.
In order to make more out of my skills, I want to develop a side activity on a junior position, before I can take more responsibility in developing and upgrading businesses Information Systems, making them more efficient, and effective.
My stable activity allows me to invest time and energy into a side hustle that will help me grow more confident in the tasks I enjoy, and maybe get me started into a activity that suits my likes, and capabilities.
Trying to be as efficient as possible, I usually take some time sorting out the best way to handle the tasks I am assigned to take as many variables as possible in account before I get into production and make sure delivery is clean and on time.
Open to feedback in order to provide the best service possible, so please feel free to let me know what, when, where, how, things should or could be so we both are satisfied with the work.
Recently moved to Portugal to enjoy the sun and local culture (food, drinks, music, beaches...), I am looking to complete my revenues with missions that I could handle over a day or a week.
Best situation would be having a regular client, with ponctual other missions.
Junior in Data Analysis, I understand the importance of clean datasets in order to start production of documents for a large number of people, as well as the importance of a clean blueprint.
Fluent in French and English, I can also do translation, and translation review.

I worked mainly as administrative assistant for training providers in french in France, such as a Business School, Entrepreneurs training programs, and professional students center, I could help improve productivity by automating labeling and sorting long lists of students and training.
Producing administrative documents for everyday training sessions and tests was part of my job, together with verifying students and trainees lists before production.
