I started off as a collections agent for Crest Financial in tracking delinquent payments and ensuring accounts are up to date. I was awarded with most improved agent in my time there. After 2 years of collections I worked with Royal Caribbean as a customer service rep creating and servicing bookings for travel agents and guests and as a part of their casino department adding, editing and keeping track of player information. At RCCL I was in the top 5 agents for multiple quarters. I’m eager to learn and work and I thrive off a new challenge.
