Work Experience: - • I have worked with IDS solutions (Intrusion Detection System) as Data Entry Operator and Content writer for approximately 2 years. • Work Profile: - My work was to maintain all the bank record, employee record, holiday record and transactions of bank. I was given new topics from time to time for article writing. • I have worked with CSPL (Competent Synergies Systems Private Limited) as Data Entry Operator for 1 year. • Work Profile: - My job was to maintain the list of existing customers and new customers for a telecom service provider (Aircel). • I have worked with New J.N.B. Cars. It is an automobile company which deals in pre owned cars. • Work Profile: - My job was to generate potential leads and interact with the incoming customers, find out which vehicle they are looking to buy. Negotiate price of the vehicle and close the deal. I was appointed as Customer Service Agent but later on promoted to Help Desk Manager.
