Presently a trainee under the DICT DigitalJobsPH for Virtual Assistance to cope with the dynamic changes in clients' need. Had been in the customer service-technical support handling customer queries, giving step-by-step instruction to customers for their devices and also sales for device upgrade. I am now teaching in a senior high school in our community at the same time training as a virtual assistant to add on to my skill set and now gained knowledge on lead researching, data entry, Email handling, Calendar Management, Customer Relationship Management and Social Media Marketing Tools.
