I have 20 years experience that include office assistant, administrative assistant, clerk-treasurer and payroll processor. Nine of those years I have been molded to work independently to meet state required deadlines. Job duties have included but have not been limited to entering invoices for payment, processing checks for payment of the invoices, entering and processing payroll, typing minutes from monthly meetings, entering customer payments and balancing payments to reports at the end of the day, balancing 3 bank statements monthly, entering annual budget into online state forms, processing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
