My administrative, research and data entry experience include working in the Philadelphia Mayor's Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity where I was a policy analyst and did the research necessary to pass/review policies, tracked/managed city statistics for medicaid, wrote memo's, took meeting minutes and was project manager for our annual fight against poverty summit. I was also a lending and administration intern at PeopleFund, a non-profit micro-finance company, where I was in charge of writing donor-client compliance reports, updating our CRM client files, transferring paper documents to electronic ones, following up with clients as need for loan processing and overseeing the evaluation of loan education programs. I am a globe trotting Austin native currently pursuing my Master's degree in China Studies at Zhejiang University and have lived in China on and off for the past 8 years. I am a native english speaker (U.S) with experience in translating between English and Mandarin, editing, CRM, research and data entry. I have translated legal documents (C&D letters, legal opinions, case briefs, etc.), song lyrics, financial documents, novel chapters, speeches, and web pages. In terms of english editing and writing I have worked on blogs, client correspondences, articles, and have edited graduate and undergraduate theses. My research and data entry experience expand to public policy and the micro-finance sectors.
