My daily work routine contains Maintaining database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Establishes entry priorities. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies. I can perform the following tasks with extreme accuracy: > Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits > Compiling, verifying the accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry > Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output. > Familiar with administrative duties > Experienced with using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner Typing speed and accuracy > Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation Attention to detail > Confidentiality > Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
