Administrative support 

Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.

2. Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

3. Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

4. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet programs.

5. Problem-solving skills: Ability to think analytically, identify issues, and offer appropriate solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.

6. Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle stressful situations with composure.

7. Data privacy and confidentiality: Understanding of the importance of data privacy and maintaining confidentiality.

Prior customer service or data entry experience is a plus.

Time Management: Ability to keep to time, meet schedules and deadlines.
