I have more than 2 years of experience in the BPO industry as a project-based freelancer that includes inbound and outbound calling campaigns such as product sales, customer support, appointment-setting, real-estate cold-calling, and law firm assistance. As for non-voice campaigns, I gathered extensive knowledge and experience in doing property management, directory support, chat and email technical support, administrative support, spreadsheet assistance, and image annotation. I am also experienced in doing internet research campaigns that enhances my skills in lead generation, data entry, and web scraping. I am experienced in working with clients from Asia, Australia, UK, USA, Canada and some parts of Europe; so doing the job in different time zones is not a problem for me. I can work full or part time based on the client's needs and I am pretty flexible with respect to working hours. I am also in great control of the English language that makes me a fluent speaker and writer. I can type with the speed of at least 90 words per minute with 95% accuracy, and I have once tried working with 2 campaigns simultaneously which proves that I can do heavy multitasking. I'm also tech savvy and when it comes to PCs, I can do assembly, troubleshooting and Windows administration.
