Hi,I have a work experience in a B.P.O/call center Industry for more than 4years as Customer Service Representative for both Voice and Non voice account. All projects that I have been working developed my Communication skill as well as my Typing skills. Therefore,it enhances my knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.For my Typing skill,I can type 40-50 WPM. I am currently looking for a full time job as Data Entry Specialist.
