I’m a fulltime mother to my 5 years old daughter and since she started studying I’m trying to look for a homebased job while she’s in school. I worked before in a medical insurance company as processing clerk for 1 year. We do entering about our patients information in Microsoft excel and do sending information about the benefits they can receive through phone or by sending letter to them. We also do answering phone to our clients for approving the methods or hospitals covered by the insurance. I have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint presentation. When it comes to work, I am hardworking, committed and paying close attention to details. I want to complete a task before the set deadline. I may not be the perfect person for your job description but I am willing to be trained so that I can give my best to my job because quality output is my priority.
