Data Entry/Assistant/Temp Customer Serv

$20/hr Starting at $500

  • I have experience with data entry through school and different positions. I will work on high density projects or simple tasks. 
  • I  have experience with customer service but prefer to only do this short term for position placement. Customer service was always something I was really interested in. I didn’t have a specific field that I found fulfilling. Working with small businesses and start ups has become one of my favorites. I like to be the guinea pig to find out what works best and how we can make things better for when you go BIG and need to know what you need to require from your employees. 
  • I am strictly remote from my home. I will not commute or travel, period
  • I will make reservations upon request. 
  • I have experience with time management and have 8-10 hours a day available to work on any duties required. I am willing to work late hours as long as those hours are low in communication. If I am working late, my home is asleep and I prefer quiet and minimum communication in these hours.
  • I’m easily teachable. I can do a lot with very little instruction.If it’s a job I’ve never done before, I am willing to learn. I am also a self starter with online research history. 
  • My favorite time of the day is 8 AM Central America Time Zone. I prefer to be unplugged by 5 PM CT but will work when necessary.
  • I will have as open communication as requested. I come with a bubbly personality with a mature demeanor. 
  • When I go on vacations, I am still available for contact; I will still be working in my down times but productivity will be decreased. I will never schedule a deadline that I will not reach. 
  • Cancellation fees will be set at $50 for any jobs under $500; $100 for any jobs up to $1000. Any jobs paying more than $1000 or more in total will be a full payout or $1500 minimum.
  • Payments will be made within 30 days of completion; or based on a set pay schedule.
  • My pay rate will fluctuate within reason. Communication is ALWAYS open and I am willing to negotiate. I would always be grateful for a bonus rate as well. 
  • I am located in Illinois. I have great internet speed. I am located in a quiet location
  • . I have security and am capable of protecting valuable information when/if necessary. 
  • I have security cameras located at every angle of my home; inside/outside. I am also willing to sign in to a required VPN when necessary and have basic knowledge of how to set that up with the proper information.
  • I am experience with Microsoft programs. 
  • I work with partnerships but prefer my partner to be a female. (I am a born female)
  • I was born in the United States so I am fluent in English. I do not currently speak any other languages.
  • As of May/25; I am 29 years old. Some say reaching your 30’s makes you reflect on your life. The closer I am to 30; the happier I am doing what I love. Which is helping with any entry level office tasks.Doing the same thing every day just isn’t something I am interested unless I find a position I just can’t leave and you just can’t let me go.
