I am Ayanangshu and I have close to 10 years’ experience in the BPO/KPO industry. Presently I have quit my job and have decided to work full time on Guru.com. My area of expertise is in all types of data entry & data processing work. I am familiar with multiple data formats such as CSV, XLS, XML, TXT, PDF etc. and worked on projects involving reporting/classification/analysis/inter-conversion of data. I am familiar with most features in MS Excel and also have worked on numerous custom data processing and reporting software packages from time to time. I have basic knowledge of SQL queries, MS-Access and Oracle databases. My main focus will be to complete a project within a reasonable budget and at the same time ensure the quality of the deliverable. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
