Apart from that there is another major factor that I keep in mind. That is Client Satisfaction. In order to achieve it, one has to be accurate and honest with the client. That is done by keep the client in the loop without having them reaching out to you for updates every single day.
For this, I'll be using Jira, an agile project management tool, to keep track of all the on-going activities, timelines and future activities.
