1.Strong Oracle PL/SQL knowledge and ability to code complex queries 2.Strong Oracle database knowledge including database design, development (package, procedure, functions, indexes and other database objects) 3.Strong data warehousing and OLTP system knowledge from database/ETL development perspective 4.Good understanding of ETL design patterns (load strategies, error handling techniques & data cleansing methods) 5.Understand the requirements, design and implement data sourcing solutions by doing data modeling and implementing ETL using SSIS
