Due to the fact every company works differently, I have learned a variety of skills in the past 15 years.  Involved at every stage of a projects from their conception and taken through the Software Development Life Cycle.  Gathered requirements from the users.  Worked with DBA's to assist in creating the data model.  Taken the user requirements and developed technical specifications that were then given to the programmers, including myself.  Developed test plans oversaw their successful conclusions.  Involved with User Acceptance Testing until approval of the software.  Implemented and maintained the system.  Worked as a Project Manager and have been responsible for the entire project.  Worked on strictly technical teams where I would write the programs based on the technical specifications.
