Aravind flowcharted the process, found possible bugs before the processes started (that I had not thought about) gave me a beta, fixed the bugs and delievered the project all within the time frame required. He was a pleasure to deal with, eager and professional. The skills used in this project ranged from simple windows filing to SMTP and FTP and authentication. It was amazing to me he didn't have to research any part of this program. He must be exoperienced and compentent. He also documented the program in a most excellent manner. I didn't even ask him to do that - but am glad that he did.
