I have most recently worked for a charity in Gloucestershire with responsibility for business management and development, This included writing, developing and delivering strategy, board management and governance, risk and audit and financials. I oversaw operational delivery for multiple areas of service that included Princes Trust Team, our front line services from the Health and Wellbeing Hub, College and educational attainment contracts and commissioning for Change, Grow, Live (CGL) and Going the Extra Mile. (GEM.) Prior to this I worked in social housing as a senior leader for over 15 years. Responsible for business management as above, plus operational delivery of customer services, neighbourhood and tenancy management, income collection, void management incusing repairs, estate cleaning, grounds maintenance, safer estates, temporary accommodation and statutory services for housing advice and homelessness.
