I have been working in IT/hi-tech for over ten years and have a wide range of experience. I have experience with CCTV, AV and video conferencing, systems administration, networking, virtualization and much more. Working with different technologies has allowed me to think outside the box when I need to in order to solve a problem. It has also given me the tools to work in an office environment and be more proactive, so as to avoid issues to begin with. I have learned the importance of maintenance and data hygiene in order to resolve issues before they are a problem. I am a great communicator and can interact with peers and superiors in a respectful manner and in a way that displays professionalism.
