Previously I was employed as a customer service support at Convergys. My first account was a voice account where I was dealing with customer problems over the phone with regards to their American Online email account. Then, I was transferred to another account which is the Sprint and was still in the customer service department. When I was with Sprint e-chat account, I assist 2 customers at the same time through chat with regards to their billing question, phone plans and devices. I have good communication skills and grammar with the right attitude to my job, customers and clients. I am a college graduate with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Management. Right now I am currently a law student. I am looking for a part-time job to finance my schooling. I am responsible, hardworking, patient and reliable.
