I help industrial, commercial, mining, agriculture and hospitality businesses reduce energy costs, cut resource waste, and meet ESG and sustainable finance reporting requirements, combining hands-on technical assessment with practical project delivery.
My core service is energy and resource efficiency consulting. I conduct Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production (RECP) assessments and Energy Management System (EnMS) implementations, identifying where a business is losing money through energy, water, and waste inefficiencies, then building a prioritised, implementable improvement plan. This is grounded in UNIDO's own EnMS methodology, as I hold UNIDO certification as an Energy Management Systems Implementation Expert, and in over nine years coordinating energy and resource projects across South Africa and the SADC region, for clients ranging from industrial manufacturers and food processors to hospitality operators and large institutional accounts.
Alongside efficiency work, I support ESG reporting and sustainable finance readiness, structuring sustainability disclosures and translating operational data — energy savings, emissions reductions, resource use — into the language investors, banks, and development finance partners expect for sustainability-linked lending and green finance.
I also offer project coordination for circular economy, climate mitigation, and energy initiatives involving multiple stakeholders: government entities, private-sector partners, technical teams, and international frameworks. My background includes coordinating multi-client, multi-country projects across the SADC region, negotiating Power Purchase Agreements, managing tenders and vendor relationships, and acting as central point of contact keeping projects on timeline and budget.

I'm completing an MBA in Energy and Sustainability and a certification in ESG Reporting and Sustainable Finance, sharpening the strategic and financial side of this work alongside the technical. Clients get a consultant who can walk a factory floor and quantify a savings opportunity, and just as comfortably explain to a bank or board what that means for their ESG position.
