I am an American and a recent college graduate who majored in the Russian language. I have a certificate of advanced proficiency in the Russian language given by the Flagship Program of the American Councils in Washington D.C, as well as a certificate from Saint Petersburg state university that states that I possess an advanced level of Russian. I studied in Saint Petersburg Russia for three months and I have just returned from Almaty Kazakhstan, where I studied for nine months. I have been studying Russian for about five years and plan on using it in my Career.
