I offer Advance Directives (Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will, Healthcare Surrogate, Preneed Guardian), Wills, Trusts and Deeds. My Advance Directives package starts at $150. If you would like to add a Will, the whole package would be $500. If you would like to add a Trust, the whole package would be $850. It will be an additional $100 for any Deeds. You will need to take your drafted documents to be notarized and witnessed. Your Deed will need to be notarized and witnesses and you will need to record it at your local County Clerks office.
