- I get to know my client and understand the goal of organizing the event at hand well before starting with any planning details. 

- Then I create and present a mood board for the event and get the customer's approval on it so you have an idea of what your event will look and feel like and the image you will portray through this event.

- I then create a detailed minute-by-minute rundown of the event so no details are missed.

- This helps me make a list of all the vendors needed. I research, locate, and onboard the best-in-class vendors/suppliers within the allocated budget.

- I run the event for the client so that they can sit back and enjoy and make the most out of the event with their target audience and focus on their own work. 

- I create a detailed follow-up report for the client to evaluate the success of the event and plan for future events in a more educated way.
