You provide the PDFs and the questions, metrics, or fields you need. I adapt my Python-based document analysis and RAG workflow to your requirements and deliver the results as structured Excel, CSV, or JSON data.
Unlike basic PDF scraping or OCR, my workflow is designed for questions that may appear across different pages, tables, sections, and document layouts. Each supported result can include the exact source page and supporting evidence, making the extracted data traceable and easier to validate.
If the document does not contain sufficient evidence for an answer, I can explicitly return NOT_FOUND instead of guessing or fabricating a value.

This is a managed document-analysis and data-extraction service. My pre-existing RAG/document-processing engine, internal tools, prompts, retrieval logic, and source code are not included in the deliverables unless separately agreed.
