My experience with customer service primarily relates to retail. While I've worked in a variety of stores, in my current position allows me to work solely at our customer service counter. I enjoy my job because I get to help customers with a variety of problems, and I'm empowered to be the person who transforms their experience from a negative one into a positive one.
