I am currently working as a supervisor (BPO) for CSR for almost 2yrs and been with the same field for more than 4yrs. I love to motivates people and share the knowledge that i have. Iam good in dealing with customer (call handling) good in excel ,I have good customer service attitude ,being optimistic ,responsible leader , hardworking and making sure project were finish on time or ahead of time. I am confident that I can work with my clients in the future.
