• Develop divisional monthly reports as well as reports for public and private sector agencies. • Prepare attendance reports • Prepare travel document for officers attending trade show overseas/Local • Coordinate the organization’s participation at trade shows both local and overseas • Schedule appointments and ensure timely arrangements and preparation for meetings and other assignments. • Liaise between departments to ensure effective dissemination of information as necessary. • Prepare Divisional/Departmental Budgets/Operational Plans • Schedule appointment with internal and external clients • Maintain filing system for the Division • Plan social functions for the organization
